1. What is OriginatorX?
OriginatorX is a platform that facilitates the digital transformation of assets and equity
into RWA tokens, streamlining them into the global economy through SmartContract Auctions.
The platform underwrites the entire process of creating standardized tokens backed by
company equity or assets, offering security-audited protocols. It also sets up auction
pricing contracts for token distribution, ensuring transparency, compliance, and efficiency
for businesses.
2. How does OriginatorX help in the listing process?
OriginatorX provides a comprehensive solution for token issuance, including token creation,
underwriting, and the setup of SmartContract Auctions. It ensures all compliance aspects are
met before tokens are listed on exchanges. This includes the auditing of security protocols,
which is essential for compliance with exchange standards.
3. How are Individuals and Businesses Onboarded?
Onboarding of individuals and businesses is handled through a secure Know Your Customer
(KYC), KYB and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) process. Businesses must meet regulatory
requirements, while individuals are required to provide identification and other
credentials. Once onboarded, businesses can issue tokens through OriginatorX, while
individuals can participate in token offerings and auctions.
4. What is a Private Placement of the Token/Coin?
Private placement refers to the sale of tokens or coins directly to a small group of
accredited investors through a Subscription Agreement. This approach is typically used
before a public Initial Coin Offering (ICO) to raise funds in a more controlled and secure
environment. Investors in private placements often receive discounts or other incentives.
5. What are the Requirements for a Token or Coin?
Total Tokens/Coins to be Issued: Businesses need to determine the total number of tokens or
coins that will be created. This includes tokens for sale and tokens reserved for the
treasury.
Total Treasury Tokens/Coins: These are tokens held by the company for future use, such as
for incentives or further fundraising.
ICO Structure: Initial Coin Offering (ICO) is the public sale of tokens, and it requires
detailed planning, including how many tokens will be sold, pricing, and the duration of the
sale, and the holding period on issued tokens
Application and Listing Costs: The costs for creating the token, applying for listing on an
exchange, and the legal and compliance expenses.
ICO Costs: Marketing, legal fees, technology expenses, and exchange fees need to be
considered when launching an ICO.
